To fix your reservation we require a deposit of 40% of the total price. If the deposit don't arrive in time your reservation is invalid.

On delayed arrival or preterm departure we have to invoice the total price of your stay.

We clean the apartments every day (expect on Wednesday or Thursday). We only ask our guests to do the washing up and cleaning of the kitchen themselves.

For the apartments there is a onetime final cleaning of Euro 90,-.

You can pay cash, with credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or with ATM card.

Additional to the room rate there is a local tax of Euro 4,-- per person/day. Children up to 15 years are exempt.

It's not allowed to smoke in our accomodation.

Cancellation:

- up to 61 days before arrival date 0% of the total price
- from 60 days up to 15 days before arrival date 50% of the total price
- from 14 days before arrival date 90% of the total price
- late arrival, no-show and early departure 90% of the total price

Otherwise the the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry are valid

Please note that cancellations are only valid in writing and that the cancellation costs are due regardless of whether the booked rooms / apartments are rented out.
